The ZY-UCH904 is a four-input HDMI capture card for workstations that have to handle several cameras at once: multi-camera live production, console streaming, lecture and surgery capture, and conference rooms that mix a room camera with a document camera or a medical imaging source. Each of the four HDMI inputs carries its own loop-out, so the local display keeps the signal while the host records it, and the card presents itself to the operating system as four independent UVC cameras rather than one composite device. All four inputs run at 4K30 at the same time -- no downscaling. A single Type-C cable carries all four streams to the host, which keeps laptop-based setups free of a dock, a power brick and four separate capture devices.
Key advantage: All four inputs run at 4K30 at the same time -- no downscaling -- and each one keeps its own loop-out, so a local display never has to be sacrificed to feed the recording.

Simultaneous collection of 4 channels, combined with vMix/OBS to achieve multi position switching and broadcasting guidance.
PS5/Switch/Xbox screen capture, 4K input streaming to Bilibili, Twitch and other platforms.
Supports synchronous capture of 4K video and audio, suitable for recording scenarios that require synchronized sound.
Cameras and medical imaging equipment can be connected to OBS/Zoom/Teams via USB, and can be used without a drive.
Four. All four HDMI inputs capture simultaneously at 4K30 without downscaling, and OBS, vMix, Zoom and Teams see four independent cameras, so you can switch between them live or record all four to separate files.
No. The card enumerates as standard UVC devices on Windows and macOS, which is why OBS, vMix, Zoom and Teams list it without any vendor software. A PD 100 W input lets the card run from its own supply instead of the host port, and a 5 V / 2 A DC output can feed a wireless video transmitter mounted on the same rig.
Each input accepts up to 4K60 at 4:4:4 and steps down through 4K50, 4K30 and 1080p60 to match the source. In multi-camera work the four inputs run at 4K30 each; a single input can take a 4K60 source.
Up to 5 m with AWG26 HDMI cable on each input. Beyond that, put an HDMI extender or an active optical cable in front of the card rather than a longer passive cable.
165 x 82 x 13 mm and 220 g, with a fixed 1/4-inch hot-shoe thread, so it sits on a camera cage, a tripod or a desk without a bracket.
